We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK mainland on all orders with NO MINIMUM SPEND.
Delivery to offshore & Remote area 's (such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Alderney) carry an extra cost.

We use Royal Mail, DPD Local, TNT & Palletways for our deliveries, dependant on the type & size of the parcel.
For Express Delivery* the order must be placed & paid for by 1pm. All orders placed & paid after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day*. Express delivery only applies to mainland UK orders.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a weekend, bank holidays and after 1pm will not be dispatched until the next working day*.
If an item is not available for express delivery it will be clearly noted in the product details. You may also call our customer service team to enquire about delivery times for large & bulky item before purchase.
* - Next Working days are Monday to Friday & does not include weekends.
Express delivery services are booked as a next working day delivery option, where available.
* - Express delivery charges are non refundable if the delay is due to the courier and the tracking confirms the delivery was shipped on time by Butchers Equipment Warehouse, however a refund will be given if the item is still not delivered by the 2nd working day, please call for further information.
Delivery is to the entrance only & does not include unpacking, positioning or assembling items. The Customer must examine the Goods on delivery and before the carrier leaves the Customer’s premises and if there is any damage the Customer must either refuse delivery or clearly specify damage on the delivery note.

- Extended Delivery Items

Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items.
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery within the lead times quoted on the website, contact us on 01254 427761 if you need to confirm lead times.
- Heavy & Bulky Equipment

Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Best efforts will be made to deliver within the timescale mentioned on the item description.
Delivery will only be be made to the ground floor entrance to the building where there is pallet truck access. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
- Force Majure
The Supplier shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the Goods arising from circumstances outside the Supplier’s control.
Non-exhaustive illustrations of such circumstances would be act of God, war, riot, explosion, abnormal weather conditions, fire, flood, strikes, lockouts, Government action or regulations (UK or otherwise), delay by suppliers, accidents and shortage of materials, labour or manufacturing facilities.
