Structured in cast alloy covered entirely in stainless steel with a self-ventilated motor.
Speed reducer with 4 oil-immersed gears made of hardened steel enclosed in an oil-tight gearcase.
This mincer comes with a large tray - 50 x 34 x 8 cm
Production per hour is 600KG
With the simple bayonet lever the mincing head & barrel is easily relaesed.
All the machine parts can be easily cleaned.
