The machine is structured in cast alloy covered entirely in stainless steel and also has a self-ventilated motor.
The speed reducer with 4 oil-immersed gears is made of hardened steel which is enclosed in an oil-tight gearcase.
This mincer comes with a tray - 00 x 00 x 0 cm
Production per hour is 300KG
All the machine parts can be easily removed and cleaned.
Comes with 1 x Knife, 1 x Plate & 1 x Mincer Plunger.
