Salvador mincer Blades are made from high quality hardened stainless steel with a curved edge.

Our range of Salvador size 8 “Long Life” Plates can only be used on one side with the hub pointing away from the meat mincer.

These mincer plates can be re-ground a couple of times to flatten the mincing surface and allow the mincer plate to be re-used.
