A simple design, the knife sharpener can be held firmly with the large handle and a barrier protects your hand from the knife blade.

To keep your knives performing as new, position your knife horizontally with the blade facing upwards. Run the Victorinox knife sharpener down the knife blade, firmly once or twice, then lightly 3 or 4 more times. The two tungsten carbide sharpening elements are positioned in a tight angle, so that as you sharpen you reform its cutting edge.
